My love for local history started at a very young age probably due to me been raised by my dear Nan and Grandad whilst my mom worked !
The black country is full of interesting history and characters, here's one of my favourites - a very Black Country Woolly Blinder !
i aim to have a small collection of black country inspired character crochet patterns for you to purchase over the next few months.
As with all our patterns we like to explain things clearly for you, so if your looking at improving your crochet skills our patterns are perfect for you.Our 19 page pattern is well detailed and explains clearly how to create this step by step.
All our patterns contain photographs for you to use as a guide.
To create this pattern you will need basic crochet and amigurumi skills, you will need small amounts of DK weight yarn in grey, black, white and skin tone, toy filling, gold thread for the watch chain. For the cigarrette I simply cut a section of an earbud stem and use pva glue to secure it in position Hooks used are 3 amd 3.5 mm. .
